Delivery Charges
The total delivery charge will be displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are
for delivery within the UK only and are based upon the size and weight of the
items.
All charges are calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly
stated before you complete checkout. For further information regarding our shipping
charges or for shipping a shipping quote for delivery outside of the UK, please
contact us.
Re-Delivery Charges
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct, accurate and
complete. Items that are returned due to an error or omission on your part when
entering the shipping address, or items that are returned to us by the post
office as undelivered or not collected will be subject to an additional re-delivery
charge. Customs and Import Duties Please be aware that orders for delivery outside
of the EU may be subject to additional charges that are beyond our control.
Returns Policy
If you receive an item which is defective, please notify us within 7 working
days. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. Please
retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning
the goods. Returns for any other reason are strictly at our discretion and will
be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with
all tags and/or packaging. Please contact us prior to returning any item. We
will not accept returned goods for which we have not received prior notice and
given prior agreement. You will be responsible for return postage charges.
Cancellation of Contract (UK Only)
Under EU Distance Selling Directives, you have the right to cancel the contract
for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel
a contract, please write a brief note stating that you wish to exercise your
right to cancellation. Please include your full name, address, and order details.
Please note: Once you have opened your package the item will
be treated as a return, not a cancellation. Your item must be sent so that it
reaches us within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered
to you. We recommend that you use an insured, signed for or special delivery
service. We cannot accept proof of postage as proof of delivery to us. Please
note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Upon receipt
of notice of cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase
price for that item within 30 days.
